- TIME: 9am-5pm
Morning coffee will be available from 9am, the first session will begin at 9.30am and we’ll finish by 5pm.
- VENUE: The Clubhouse, St James’s, 8 St James’s Square, London, SW1Y 4JU
The event will take place on the lower ground floor of a co-working space in a large dedicated meeting room.
Sessions will be a mixture of presentations, panel discussions, groups and workshops.
Refreshments and lunch will be available on the same floor and there are lifts available within The Clubhouse to access the event space and toilets.
- TRANSPORT: The closest train/underground stations are Piccadilly, Green Park and Charing Cross
- CATERING:
Tea and coffee will be available throughout the day and lunch will also be provided. This will include sandwiches, rolls, wraps, salad pots, fresh fruit and home-made cakes.
Fish (salmon/tuna only), vegetarian and certified kosher food is available.
Allergies will be catered for.
- AN ITEM FROM YOUR ARCHIVE:
In the ‘share your archive’ session, you will have 5 minutes to talk about a Jewish item from your archive in small groups. Please remember to bring a printed copy or photograph of the item as we won’t have time or space to show them on screen. A facilitator in each group will be taking notes and we’d particularly like to hear:
- something you have discovered about the material
- and/or a question you may have about the item

This programme is subject to change. Unfortunately, due to a large event, we are no longer able to arrange a tour of Spencer House.
- PERMISSIONS: Asking for consent to share your email address and take photographs/video (see Registration Form)
We will be sharing a list of the participants who took part in the event and would like to include email addresses to enable people to stay in touch. We will also be taking photos and videos throughout the event for social media.
